
The Brief
Our professional brand identity services helped launch SeriouslySensual, a stylish lingerie and adult lifestyle brand operating on a dropship model. The client wanted more than just a logo and website—they needed a full brand world that could scale into future sister businesses and product categories.
The brief included naming the business, crafting a unique brand identity, developing tone of voice and positioning, designing an easy-to-manage eCommerce website, and delivering an integrated launch strategy covering SEO, digital marketing, social content and packaging. The brand aimed to appeal to a broad but quality-conscious audience—confidently sensual without being explicit, stylish without elitism.
The solution also had to be cost-effective, scalable and simple to manage daily, given the client’s limited in-house resources and reliance on third-party fulfilment.
Design Approach
We developed the name SeriouslySensual as the first in a series of lifestyle brand extensions, such as SeriouslySavvy (electronics), SeriouslySparkly (jewellery), and SeriouslyScented (fragrances and candles). This naming strategy gave the brand flexibility to grow while maintaining a consistent, confident tone.
The logotype featured a subtle heart replacing the ‘o’ in Seriously, reinforcing the romantic feel without losing modern simplicity. The brand strapline, look good. Feel good. Just don’t be too good., captured the playful yet confident positioning.
We chose Shopify as the eCommerce platform, designing a clean, user-friendly store using a premium theme and tailored plug-ins. This made it easy for the client to update the mobile-optimised website themselves.
Our professional brand identity services also included SEO from the start, helping the site rank on the first page for competitive keywords like sexy lingerie and sex toys, before market shifts. We managed the brand’s social media on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, creating engaging content such as product launches and giveaways.
To elevate the customer experience, we designed a six-page A6 leaflet with a 10% discount voucher included with every order. Packaging was upgraded with pink tissue, magenta heart confetti, and Love Hearts sweets, transforming dropship parcels into boutique-quality deliveries.
