The Brief

The client approached us with the ambition to launch a stylish, competitive lingerie and adult lifestyle brand operating on a dropship model. They needed more than just a logo and a website — they required a full brand world that could be extended into sister businesses and future product categories.

The brief included naming the business, creating a unique brand identity, developing tone of voice and positioning, designing and building an eCommerce website they could manage themselves and delivering an integrated launch strategy covering SEO, digital marketing, social content and packaging. This included delivering web design based expertise that balanced bold creativity with technical functionality.

The client also wanted the brand to appeal to a broad but quality-conscious audience – confidently sensual without veering into the explicit, stylish without being elitist.

Crucially, the solution needed to be cost-effective, scalable and easy to manage day-to-day, given their limited in-house resources and reliance on third-party fulfilment.

Design Approach

We began by creating a professional and approachable new identity for Trinity Finance. The logo featured a stylised monogram combining the letter T with a three-pointed symbol — a subtle nod to the company’s name and values of clarity, trust, and partnership.

Typography, colour, and iconography were selected to project expertise and approachability, with a navy and teal palette suggesting stability and forward-thinking. The result was a distinctive visual brand that works across digital, print, and signage.

For the website, our focus was on building a high-performing, SEO-optimised platform. We designed a fully responsive site with a clean, contemporary look tailored to local audiences searching for Trinity Finance logo design and website . The site includes service-specific landing pages, mortgage calculators, enquiry forms, and CRM integration for streamlined follow-up.

We built the site on WordPress with a customised back-end, enabling the Trinity Finance team to update mortgage rates, news articles, and case studies in-house with ease. Key technical features include schema markup for local SEO, page speed optimisation, and custom post types for mortgage products.

To reinforce the brand and improve customer experience, we also created downloadable PDFs, bespoke enquiry confirmation pages, and branded email templates that echoed the look and feel of the site.
