The Brief


CloserStill Media approached us to develop a comprehensive healthcare branding solution for their newest event, Women’s Health Professional Care. This event focuses on advancing women’s healthcare by providing essential training, expert insight, and valuable networking opportunities for NHS clinicians and healthcare professionals across the UK and beyond. The client needed a bold, authoritative brand identity that communicated professionalism and inclusivity, appealing specifically to female-focused healthcare providers. Our task was to design a cohesive visual identity including a logo, detailed brand style guide, a compelling launch campaign advert, and a series of tailored social media banners to boost digital engagement and encourage early event registrations.


Design Approach


Our healthcare branding approach focused on creating an identity that balances clarity, confidence, and empathy. We developed a clean, modern logo that uses soft, flowing shapes to symbolize collaboration and care within the medical community. The full brand style guide ensures consistent application across all future marketing and communications, reinforcing the brand’s authority and approachability. For the launch campaign, we crafted a striking visual featuring bold red and purple arms raised in solidarity—each hand symbolizing one of the key themes addressed at the event. This powerful imagery became the centerpiece of a vibrant social media campaign, extending to event signage, banners, and digital marketing assets, delivering a cohesive and engaging brand experience.

To support ongoing marketing efforts, we also designed branded social media templates that provide flexibility and ease of use for the client’s internal marketing team. These templates help maintain brand consistency while allowing rapid content creation. Altogether, this healthcare branding project provides a scalable and robust identity platform that will grow with the Women’s Health Professional Care event and continue to strengthen its position in the healthcare sector.
